Yoga Retreats
Lose Yourself...Discover Yourself

We believe that yoga is TRANSFORMATIONAL...and so is TRAVEL! When you combine these two, magic awaits. Core Balance Yoga has brought students all over the globe...from Bali, Italy, to Greece, France, Africa, Belize, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. These trips are retreats, NOT intensives, so yogis and non-yogis alike may travel with us and explore the world. Single travelers will enjoy a planned trip and great companionship as well. Have questions? Just ask.
