Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is a great option for newer yogis or yogis who wish to maintain a strong foundation.  It’s a great way to learn and ask questions. This class is perfect for all levels and will cover a wide variety of topics, including some yoga philosophy and postural alignment. Level 1+ class.

Basics & Beyond

Similar to Yoga Basics, Basics & Beyond will take yoga poses to the next level, offering options for advancement.  It’s a great way to learn and ask questions. This class is perfect for all levels and will cover a wide variety of topics, including some yoga philosophy and postural alignment. Level 1+ class.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a wonderful combination of static yoga postures, and flowing postures, such as Sun Salutations. It is invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Perfect for all levels, as options for ease or advancement are given in many of the postures. Level 1/2+ class. Suitable for active beginners.

Stretch & Flow

This is an energetic class that combines warming stretches, all-levels flow (moving with breath) and then cool down stretches. A bit more movement than Basics and a great way to strengthen, stretch AND relax! Level 1/2 class. Suitable for active beginners.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga & Meditation is wonderful way to stretch, renew and restore. This class is ideal for those who wish for a milder practice and is also wonderful for athletes, those recovering from injury and expectant mothers with the OK of their physicians. Be good to your body and try Gentle Yoga! This class includes a 10 minute meditation during some evening times slots.  

Level 1+ class.

Intermediate + Flow

This is for students who feel comfortable with most yoga poses and correct alignment, who wish to progress their asana practice. This is a bridge class to work toward Advanced Yoga. This class will offer explanation and breakdowns of more advanced flows and postures. May include arm balances and inversions. Listen to your body and expand your practice! Level 2-3

Advanced Flow

In this upbeat class, poses flow from one to the next and build up to a challenging peak pose. This class is for the experienced yogi with a solid flow practice. Multiple levels of pose options are offered so that you can stay at the level your body needs that day. This class is not just physical poses for your body, there is always something for your mind and spirit too. Each class is unique, well thought out and fun! May include arm balances and inversions. After class you feel relaxed but at the same time energized! Level 2-3 class.  

Mindful Yin Yoga​ (Sunday is Zoom only)

This is a gentle, slower-paced class focusing more on low back and hips with no standing poses.  It is a nice compliment to other styles of yoga in that poses are held for a longer time allowing for a deeper and restorative stretch.  Since there is not much movement, Yin is a wonderful opportunity to focus on stillness of the body and mindfulness of the mind. Level 1+ class.

Chair Yoga (Series. Consult the schedule for dates)


This class provides the support of a chair, rather than being a floor-based class. There will be seated yoga postures and some options for standing as well. This is a PERFECT class to work on subtle strength, balance and stability.  This class can offer some variety for EVERY body, but is really ideal for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, expectant moms or anyone avoiding sitting on the floor. Level 0-1+

Energy Flow (once a month, second Sundays 10:30AM-11:30AM)


This class blends Yoga Flow with principles from Kinesiology, Energy Medicine, and Ayurveda. Each practice is crafted to help balance your body’s energies to optimize your capacity for healing, peace, and joy. Tips on working with your own energy to enhance overall wellbeing are woven throughout class.
Additional benefits include: cultivate more freedom in your body’s expression, energize your muscles, organs, & nerves, improve balance, proprioception, & interoception.
This is an intermediate level class suitable for active beginners to advanced practitioners. Level 2+

Blissful Restorative Yoga (workshop format)

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga which focuses on relaxing the muscles and body tissue so that a state of deep relaxation and healing occurs within the body. Its intention is to release rather than to strengthen as the other yoga styles do. There is a flow between gentle stimulation and gentle relaxation and the postures are done in a meditative state so that the body can recover from the effects of stress.


There is never any sense of strain in Restorative Yoga. The idea is for it to be a self-healing process for you. You never have to fit your body to perfect a posture, just adapt the posture until it is the perfect pose for you. You relax, you revive, and then you thrive.
