Fine Print
*If you have an Unlimited or Annual pass and do not show up at an in-person class you registered for, you will be assessed a $10 no-show fee. Class passes or drop-ins will be retained, with no future credit given.
New student special must be purchased on the first visit, for first time students only.
All yoga passes are non-refundable, and extensions cannot be given, but Balanced Body unused classes roll over for 12 weeks. Any requests for changes to your account status regarding auto-renews MUST be emailed. 30 day notice required for autorenew cancellations, meaning your autorenew will cycle one more time after written notice, unless you are transitioning to a 10 class pass. No cancellations within the hour prior to a class.
Workshops are non-refundable if not cancelled 48 hours prior to the event, due to the often sold-out nature of these events. Paid workshop admission IS transferable in the event you cannot attend. Please email us with transfer information.
